Dolnośląskie Surowce Skalne S.A. is a leading Polish crushed aggregate supplier. Major products offered by DSS include motorway and railway aggregate as well as aggregate used for the production of ready mixed concrete. DSS is one of the major aggregate suppliers for A1, A2 motorways and Wrocław Motorway By-pass.
The company extracts high quality amphibolite and migmatite deposits located in Piława Górna. Aggregate production is conducted in one of the largest and most modern processing plants in Europe. Quarry production capacity is currently characterized by 7.5 million tonnes annually.

Jan Łuczak – CEO
Graduate of Biology, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In 1994 qualified as a Mining Director 2nd grade confirming the competence to manage the mining enterprise.
Jan Łuczak represents many years’ of management experience acquired in the mining and rock minerals’ industries and also in telecommunications. Previously, he had been a CEO of Granit Trading, Borowskie Kopalnie Granitu, Pomorskie Kopalnie Żwiru and Telecom Media.
Jan Łuczak has been the CEO of DSS from 1996, i.e. from the beginning of the company’s existence. Additionally, he is a majority shareholder of Aroga Holdings, the largest shareholder of DSS.
Marcin Jeżewski – Vice-president od the Management Board
Małgorzata Then – Member of the Management Board
Graduate of Law and Administration from the University of Wrocław. Małgorzata has many years of legal and administrative experience acquired in such companies as Synte Applied Science, Pro Invest, VIA Management and Telecom Media. Since 2008, Mrs Małgorzata has been involved in DSS activities initially as the company’s advisor. Then as the secretary of the supervisory board and from November 2009 as a member of the management board.
